Even with her and her husband's own encounters with some of the pieces really help us decide on the best furniture for us. Her demonstration on some of the products were jaw dropping as well, a well informed employee, thank goodness she greeted us at the door and directed us to exactly what we were looking for. On the finance ordering area Ms. Lady was well informed of our situation and really worked with us as far as our credit, delivery and availability. The whole team seemed to support one other for the same goal, assisting us in our purchase."
